Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of the integrated type solar PV lighting system on the existing pole structure, comprising of 35 watt, 6V Mono Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact (PERC) Solar Panel (minimum efficiency 21%),, Pulse with modulation (PWM)/Maximum Power point tracking (MPPT) Charge Controller in the box with a sleek appearance and a sturdy structure, is weather-proof, and is simple to install, with Lithium-Iron Phosphate Battery (LiFePO4) 3.2Volt (Cell) 35 AH battery, charging time 8-10 hours, Battery backup time 12 hours (minimum), LED fixture watt 35 watt, Input voltage: 12V DC, Operating temp range -5 deg to 50 62 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%, P. Supply & Erection of 5 Mtr. long Hot dipped Galvanized pole of octagonal cross-section continuously tapered made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 4mm thick HT steel sheet conforming to grade 5355JO, E350. Top A/F of the pole shaft is 70mm and bottom A/F is 130mm. The Base plate thickness of 220mmx220x12mm shall be welded (inside and outside) with accessories are included in supply for fixing of pole with foundation using 04 nos. existing holes on base plate. The pole shaft shall be continously tapered one section with single longitudinal welding. The size of the poles and foundation bolts shall be suitable to with stand the maximum wind speed / pressure 180 Km/hr. as per IS-875 Part-II. The Poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 micron min. confirming to IS 2629-1966 and IS 4759 / BSEN-146. The material and specification of flange plate/base plate shall be as per IS 2062. The street light poles shall be erected in the existing RCC foundation with 4 nos. special steel foundation bolts ‘J’ type minimum 700mm long galvanized M.S. rod of duly threaded of minimum 20mm dia in existing RCC foundation (M20) of suitable size as per approved drawing. The material of steel foundation bolts shall be confirming to grade EN-8 Grade exposed theaded portion of foundation bolts shall be hot dipped galvanized. (The cost of 5 Mtr. long S/L Octagonal Pole is including with 4 nos. ‘J’ type bolts, M20x700 mm,nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates etc.) Minimum weight should be 45-50 kg. The make should be Bajaj/ BPP/ Transrail/ Valmont/ Utkarsh. The Pole shall be got approved from Engineer in charge before executing the work.
RCC Foundation for 5 Mtr. Long Pole: The foundation has to vetted from expert and submit the drawing. The work must be complete as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
DSR ITEM NO. 2.8.1 (CIVIL WORK) - 2018 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil (Size 0.50mx0.50mx1.20m)= 0.3 cum (02 nos. x 0.3= 0.6 cum)

Supply & Erection of MS Sheet/ Plate of 5"x5" with the following specification:- 1. There is inscription written on this plate (MPLAD work with the name of M.P.) 2. Fixing of Octagonal Pole/ G.I. Pole with "self screwed" in all respect. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
SUPPLY & ERECTION OF FOUR ARM BRACKET OVERHANG 0.300MM LONG:- Supply and Erection of Four Arm bracket overhang 0.300mm long 50mm NB M.S. Pipe and size of canopy 88.9 OD 450mm long medium class ISI Marked with the following specifications of Make Tata/ Jindal/ Utkarsh or Ravindra, ISI Marked. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. 1. The bracket shall be made by G.I. pipe of 3” dia with an angle of inclination of 180º to the vertical tilt angle 2. The 2” dia G.I. pipe shall be welded to 3” dia G.I. pipe canopy at a distance of 3” from top end & top end of canopy shall be covered with 14 GMS sheet to avoid entry of rainwater in S/L Octagonal Pole. 3. The bracket shall be slipped over the top section of the steel tubular pole and fixed with 2 Nos. of ½” dia nuts and bolts suitable to hold the pipe absolutely tight in positions. 4. Triangular 14 GMS sheet pieces of 6” diagonal shall be welded between two pipe. 5. The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge before installation at the workshop where these are fabricated.
Providing and fixing of marble name plate of size 36"x24" inch for indication and identification of MPLAD work and including floral decoration of marble name plate and other petty material is required at the time of inaugration. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
