Isolating the PST From inflowing and out flowing channel by closing sluice gate and providing gunny bags to ensure no flow in the PST De-watering the stagnant water the PST with the help of sewage submersible pumps and cleaning the site manually for execution the work
Dismantling and taking out the worn out lower scrapper arms (both) and all other allied rusted structure of PST with the help of gas cutter , man power, and lowering lifting tools and tackles , cleaning the remaining structure for further process as per site requirement.
Repairing of scraper arm by cutting of worm out member of arm with gas cutting and fixing of new M.S angle of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm & 75 x 75 x 6 mm, MS Plate 8 mm of different length is to be welding in proper support arm & replacement of all warn out members of both arms of PST, as per manufactured standard.
Providing / fixing of M.S scraper made from MS steel of 6 mm thick from MS plate of size 310 mm width x 1800 mm long as per sample.
Supply & Installation of hard threaded rubber squeezers. ( Approx. 4” * 2.85 m)
Strengthening of arms by providing and fixing new MS angle/channel as per existing including cutting, fixing welding, grinding of edges etc. as per site requirement.
Erection/ Installation of the complete structure PST after assembly/fixing the above material with provision of weight to align the same
To & Fro, loading & unloading with all allied other hardware items with complete charges.
Alignment, Testing & commissioning the complete PST after completion in all respect on No load/Full load.
