Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, well, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depthupto 1.5 mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding roack) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mm and lift up 1.5 m.

Supply and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8( 1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomnial size) . Crushed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and laying damp proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)Crushed.(including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrte 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth . Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies , shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, pain windows sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).Crusher.(including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and fixing aluminium strips 40 mm wide and 2 mm thick in joints of floor.

Provinding and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomianl size)Crushed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Steel workmwelded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders railings, brackes, gates & similar works.

Supplying and fixing Rolling Shutters of approved make , made of required size M.S. Laths Interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and out side locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fxing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufacture from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS 4454 part Ist and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters 80x1.25 mm M.S laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Extra for providing mechanical device chain crank operation for operating rolling shutters.Exceeding 10.00 sqm and upto 16.80 sqm in the area.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crushed finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry , but excluding the cost of nozing of steps etc. complete.Crushed (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30 cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.18 mm thick.(including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of truss and frame work including cutting hosting fixing in position and applying priming coat of steel primer.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed wth polymer coated J or hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.i limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purilins and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required . 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Providing ridges hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S sheets fixed with polymers coated J.or hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6 mm flat iron section.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand ) (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix . 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand) (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting ,bending ,placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically .Treated bars.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic washable distemper ( ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade/ colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications. To or more coats on new works including one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. New work ( two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm including one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer.

Supply and fillingof RBM free from organic material mixed with sand and gravel including all carriages, leads etc ( complete job)
