Providing ducting, shifting of old 7TR Pr.AC, repairing of old 7TR Pr.AC and OCW at Saifabad

Supplying, fabricating, installing and balancing GI sheet ducting made out of following size GS Steel metal into rectangular / round ducting suitable for existing HPAC machine including cutting, rivetting, complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hanger support as per approved drawing and specifications complete as required. (a) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet (22 SWG)

SITC of duct mounted motorised volume control damper (Open and Close position Type) made out of 18G thick GS Sheet metal with Damper Actuator (Make of Motor - BELIMO or SS make) & necessary control wire with minimum 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and integrating with existing High Precision Package Air Conditioner Unit etc., as required.

Providing, Making & Fixing of flexible Double Layer canvas with necessary opening with double side zip for measuring the S.A temperature and connection, etc., completely as required.

Providing and fixing of supply air grill in the existing plenum duct including painting etc., as reqd.

Dismantling and shifting the existing 7TR Pr.AC M/s Stulz from one location to another location in the same switch room including recovery of refrigerant gas, disconnection of copper pipe, power cable, condenser cable, earth strip, drain pipe, cable tray etc. Also includes installation of Pr.AC at new location, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuumising, releasing of refrigerant gas from outdoor unit into the system, testing, commissioning and other connected works.

Replacing the following faulty components in the existing 7TR Pr.AC M/s Stulz with new component including removing the faulty componet, interconnections, testing etc., as required. a) EVD card M/s Carel

b) Display Unit of 7TR Pr.AC M/s Stulz

c) Condenser motor of 7TR Pr.AC
