REPAIR MAINT OF LT CABLE AND MISC CONNECTED ITEMS AT NO 2 NO 3 AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge considering 19.75 of SSR part -I

Material and labour Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling / with material and , watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;2;4,type B-1, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Relaying only LT cable taking out and passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavey duty cable with PVC insulated multistand aluminium conductor of size 6 to 240 Sqmm 2/3.5 core in wall,surfaces proper saddling with clamp including taking down from trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying only LT cable 10 sqmm to 240 sqmm 2/ 3.5 core in trench or pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 2 core 10 sq. mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade,of following cross-sectional area 2 core 16 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PVC insulated sheathed aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 6 sqmm twin core fixed / hang properly at directed location by using suitable mounting / fixing arrangements viz PVC clamps/saddles,connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-stretching of aluminium conductor any size and length complete including removing kinks and providing new binding wire /Jumper where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 core 25 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp .

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 3.5 core 70 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 3.5 core 240 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling pcc pole alongwith GOD switch and deposit to MES store with care for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade,of following cross-sectional area 3.5 core 95 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty under ground electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 3.5 core 35 sq mm including cable lugs, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches fixed on poles/duct/wall and laid through suitable GI pipes with proper saddling with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling unserviceable 25x3mm earthing strip and supply and fixing of earthing strip with 25x3mm aluminium strip fixed on wall floor pole for earthing of GOD, lightning arrestor etc including drilling holes in any position, connection, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

l paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps GI bkt etc by applying one coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour To find out fault in LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size of LT underground Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scraping of old paint from the street light steel tubular pole with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting . Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Repainting the remaining pole and clamps GI bracket etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fixing of line seprator suitable for LT line four conductor feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PVC insulated sheathed aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 10 sqmm twin core fixed / hang properly at directed location by using suitable mounting / fixing arrangements viz PVC clamps/saddles, connecting complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repairs of GI funnels with wire mesh for earthing complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing No of pole with letters/ figures of size not exc 30 mm with black paint on a yellow circle of dia 75 mm complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 3 pole 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 250 Amps ICS=100%ICU with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable type with all accessories including taking down complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.
