Banker Details

The bidder shall be a regular manufacturer /authorized dealer and shall have proven experience in carrying out the work of Supply and Installation of UPS Systems along with batteries for GOVT/Reputed organizations. In proof of the above, copy of work order and corresponding work done certificate for the works of not less than Rs. 1.99 lakhs of a single order in last 5 years shall be furnished.

The Bidder in the last five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 3.99 lakhs. In proof annual reports/ turn over certificates duly certified by a chartered accountant shall be furnished.

Other Statutory requirements: Bidder shall have Independent PF registration certificate obtained from PF authorities, IT-PAN No, GST Registration certificates. In proof PF registration, IT-PAN No, GST Registration certificates copies shall be furnished.

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been found satisfactory while executing contracts with KPCL during the last three years are not eligible to bid.
