REPAIRS TO MANGLORE PATTERN TILES, GALVALIUM SHEET, ROOF OVER ROOF, PUF SHEET ROOF AND RCC ROOF IN ZONE B UNDER AGE B/R-1 AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Surface Preparation: Remove Existing water proffing treatment which includes membrane,plaster & Padding concrete and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m n.exc. 2000m etc & All loose and de-bonded concrete/ screed, loose particles, dirt & should be removed. Roof substrates must be pressure-washed with water with a minimum working pressure of 1,400 psi to be used to and/or remove all dirt, dust, chalking and waste products. complete all as specified and directed by engr.-in-charge.

Screed Repair: concrete padding should be done with concrete mix ratio 1:2:4 not less than 40mm and top surface should be prepared with plaster of 1:3 ratio along with water proofing material complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Waterproofing Application: Premix Dr. Fixit Wonderproof 100 Components A and B using an electric double-paddle mixer for 2–3 minutes at low speed. Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Wonderproof 100 at a rate of 0.80–0.90 kg/m² without dilution, using a lamb’s wool or cloth roller. While the coating is still wet, roll and embed a 225 gsm Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat, ensuring full bonding without air bubbles or wrinkles. Allow the first coat to dry for 3–4 hours. Apply the second coat at a 90° angle to the first. Overlap the chopped strand mat by at least 5 cm at the joints, ensuring the overlaps are sufficiently wet to achieve proper bonding. Once the surface is dry enough to walk on, apply the second coat at 0.70–0.80 kg/m². Apply additional coats as needed to achieve a total dry film thickness of 900–1000 microns, with a total system material consumption of 1.50 - 1.60 kg/m² over 2–3 coats. Note – Coating should be terminated below the drip mould on the vertical surface. The material has followed technical properties: Attains a Tensile Strength ≥ 18 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370; Crack bridging ability, Tear Strength ≥ 160 N/mm as per ASTM D 624, Dynamic Crack bridging as per EN 13251:2016 - No Cracks after 20000 sinusoidal cycles, Dynamic Crack bridging as per ASTM C 1305-2016 - Pass, No Crack, Pass Low Temperature Flexibility (-20 after 1000 Hrs. UV as per ASTM D 1970-2021, Shore A as per ASTM D2240 – 85 , Peel Adhesion to Concrete under wet Condition -24 Hrs. – N As per ASTM C 794 – 11.4 , Abrasion resistance (CS 17 Wheel -1000 Cycle, 1.0 Kg) as per ASTM D 4060 - 7 mg , Depth of Water Permeability @ 10 Bar as per EN 12390-8-2019 – Nil , Water Migratlon Resistance as per ASTM D 7281,-2007 - No Leakage, Pass Spread of flame Class A. Complies with the requirements of EN 13251:2016 for a 25-year service life when used with a 225 gsm Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat as fleece. The system comes with 10 Years’ waterproofing warranty from M/S Pidilite Industries LTD. For vertical surfaces and parapet walls should be enveloped & coated / painted with Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic or Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select Waterproof coating system.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any capacity(in ltrs) , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after carrying out Roof treatment with all accessories all as specified and directed

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete water tanks of any size and any height over roof slab and making roof surface good including removing debrisposition not otherwise specifically provided for

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of 100m but n exc. 5 km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Water proofing treatment of External walls by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surface thoroughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturer's specifications and applying two coats of anti fungal exterior paint as directoris of Engg-in-charge. Make Pidilite, Buildcore chemicals or equivalent NOTE: The Treatment should be carried out through Authorised applicator only

Dismantling of CGI/PGI /PUF sheet in roofing any gauge and any thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

M&L for prefabricated puf roofing panel with one side trapezodial sheet & other side plain sheet with slight rib of 0.40mm TCT PPGI (Off white RAL 9002) with 50mm core of polyurethene foam of density 40kg/M3 (+2Kg/M3) fixed with self tapping screws all as manufacturer's instructions including all cutting as required as per site conditions having following specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Top Sheet - Profile as approved by GE (b) Bottom sheet - Plain sheet with slight ribs (c) Panel thickness - 50mm (d) Facing material - 300 Mpa Galvalume steel with 150cms Aluminium Zinc (e) Facing material thickness - 0.5mm TCT (f) Facing material coating - DFT 20 microns colour coated Rmp/Smp/PVDF coating over 5 microns primer.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall/Shed, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.
