Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertilcal surface by applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note No.6 of TD drawing No. AFB/TD/260/06 Sheet No.1/1 (R ) and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 @1.2 Kg/ sqm and finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: TD drawing mentioned above shall be refered at AGE (I) AF CBE office during office hours.

Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on Walls/ Slabs/Beams by making holes or demolition of concrete etc and including applying suitable chemical for killing the roots of Plants, filling of holes with concrete and making good.

Chipping/removing loose concrete in cloumns/beams/ chajjas/roof slab etc. up to reinforcement bars, without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose material and to make all the exposed surface free from dust and all impurities etc. complete all specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution Reebaklens RR of Fosroc (or) Sika rust off 100 of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd by using brush application, leaving the surface for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying anti corrosive coating to reinforcement Nitozinc primer of Fosroc (or) Sika Friazince R of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd all as recommended by product manufacturer and as directed by E-I-C .

M&L for providing additional reinforcement by welding or by any established methods to increase the strength of RCC as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- Making and filling of holes for anchoring rods will be measured and paid separately.

Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 2/3rd of the hole with the Lokfix E75 of Fosroc (or) Sika anchorfix 2 of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd. Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes - complete.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat by brush of approved make . Mixing of two components will be as directed by manufacturer and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make suure that the it should be applied not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/polymer mortar etc. Make :- Nitobond EP of FOSROC (or) Sikadur 32 LP of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd

M&L for form work for Providing Micro Concrete jacketing to columns and beams including arrangements for pouring of mix into form work prepared for the patches of column/beams including scaffolding upto height of 15 Mtr. Note:- 1.The work shall be carried out in patches approx upto 2 sqm each as required at site. 2. Surface area measurement shall be taken for payment after finishing of the work.

M&L for Micro Concrete jacketing to columns and beams using polymer modified cement premixed quartz sand aggregate of Renderoc RG of Fosroc (or) Sikarep micromicrocrete 4 of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd mixed with controlled water powder ratio of 0.16 . An approved concrete mixer or a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle shall be used and continuous pouring is recommended. Remove the formwork after 24 hours in the case of columns and after a period of 72 hours in the case of slab and beam and check for any surface defects and if so apply the polymer modified mortar. Note:- Measurement shall be taken for a dry weight of material used at site. Separate Register shall be maintained for consumption of material and signed by contractor, JE civ & Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying 5mm th rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC of Conplast WL of Fosroc or equivalent over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over micro concrete jacketing surfaces.

Providing and applying n exc 40 mm thick (In layers of each 10mm thick) Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc (or) Sika Plastocrete plus of Sika India Pvt Ltd (or) equivalent in Bostik India Pvt Ltd mixed with water in a water & powder ratio 0.18 in ceiling of roof slab/Chajjas etc . Note:- Cost shall be included for provideing scaffolding for working in patches upto a height of 15 Mtr.
