Construction of Pedestrian Guard railing with paver block and safety kerb on canal embankment

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used , up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including cost of labour & T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing RCC columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead including cost of labour & T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50 m. initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including cost of labour etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and disposal of the debris and dismantled materials away from the worksite within a lead of 5 Km including cost of loading, unloading , labour, T&P etc required to complete the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Filling in foundation and plinth with clean course river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23.5 c.m. in depth with all lead and lift including cost,conveyance,roaylties of all material, labour, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC ) of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C. work of M-20 having minimum compressive strength of 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 20 mm and down graded crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour, T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing of 60mm. Thick cement concrete interlocking paver block by M30 grade of approved make design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP: 63-2018 including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing and erecting 50 mm dia GI pipe conforming to IS: 1239 railing in 3 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels (ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm branded SAIL/JINDAL/ any branded Steel, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required to complete the work as per specification under section 808 for MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge work (5th revision) and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
