Supply & fixing heavy duty copper pipe 10mm (3/8") dia/ bore complete including nitrile rubber insulation, brazing, welding, nuts, bolts and screws of required size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down unserviceable insulation for copper pipe, supply and fixing new insulation for copper pipes suitable for Split AC of capacity from 1.5 to 2.0 TR all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of PVC pipe 20mm dia heavy duty with all fittings (bend, elbow, tee) etc including fixing with clamp on wall or floor for AC drain pipe with drain cap complete as directed. Make Astral / Prince and equivalent.

S&F of Air filter sheet for 2.0/ 1.5/1.0 Ton AC including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling refrigerant gas R-22/R-32/R-404a/R-407c/410a in window /Split Type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2 TR and in compressors of Cold storage units of any capacity as per OEM specification including detecting the leakage of gas at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition. Make : Mefron/Floron/Refron. Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor for topping up/ filling of refrigerant gas shall deemed to include leakage detection, rectification of leakage by brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, etc.

Taking down unserviceable contactor and supply and fixing new contactor single phase suitable for Split AC 1.5 to 2.0 TR all as specified as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (conforming to IS-694), multistranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC casing caping (heavy grade) of adequate size with all fittings and casing caping accessories of surface type including one run 4 Sqmm single core unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS (conforming to IS-694) as earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : one job include painting of one condensing unit of split/window tye ac all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor and replace with new compressor suitable for working on 380-415V 3 phase , 50Hz, LR : 87A, having lubricant : PVE / 1.6 L suitable for R-407C refrigerant etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified. M&L for taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor and replace with new compressor suitable for working on 220-240V 1 phase , 50Hz, suitable for R-22 refrigerant etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified. M&L for replacement of unserviceable blower motor 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, 0.75-1 HP 1400 RPM, S1 duty, Frame-80 of air cooled AC plant (5.5 TR) as per existing make, model and type complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of blower belt of AHU / Compressor belts as per existing model and type ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable fan motor with blade of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package/ central type AC plant (5 to 7.5TR) as per existing make, model and type complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling/topping up refrigerant gas R-22/R134a/R-404A/R-407C/410A/R-507/R-513A in scroll compressors of package type AC plants of any capacity as per OEM specification including detecting the leakage of gas at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition. Labour only for servicing of Main Electric Panel board / Control panel board of Central / Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unserviceable item (taken as supply only) as directed by Engr-in-charge.
