Dismantling of existing system, stacking of serviceable parts and disposal of unserviceable material, servicing of serviceable parts and fixing of new components, all carriages and taxes etc. complete in all respects. (Material to be supplied by the department).

Complete Servicing/overhauling of 10kg/hr gaseous chlorination units by way of washing /cleaning of chlorinating panels (differential regulators ,injectors ,check valves, drain valves, vacuum relief valves, diaphragm valves, rota-meters, flow control valves, vacuum gauges etc.) with complete accessories, manifold (vacuum regulators, chlorine gas filters, pressure reducing valves, chlorine pressure gauges, chlorine valves etc) pipes, pipe fittings, PPR fittings etc. the job also includes replacing of coupling sets, lead washers etc. as per site requirement serviceable items after properly washing, cleaning and replacing the rusted items /damaged items by new one including making all the joint leak proof. For complete setting of chlorination unit 10MGD of whole systems.

Cutting holes upto 15x15cm in RCC floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the holes after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. i. 63mm dia PPR Pipe.
