Repair to roof treatment of Electric Sub Stations for AGE-III Area under AGE(I)(U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10.

Amount

Dismanting of any roof treatment on concrete slab or brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof of any position and or any height ,jointed and grouted / pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tile and stacking properly for re-use, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris /rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering, leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) , and mud removing to out side of defence land etc, complete all as specified and directed. (No mud stacking shall be allowed at site,imediately remove from site otherwise penalty of Rs 500 per day shall be recoverd from contracter)

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement in roof padding of any position of any height complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning base surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.( (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrance weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application using gas torch with an overlapping 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. (Make:Sika/Pidilite) (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment) Note: No extra chrages shall be paid for gas & other arragements.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) and flush pointing in CM 1:3 mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed

All a per Srl item No 124 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work

Demolition of brick masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick ( External surface) fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Taking down PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specifed and directed. (Note:Prior approval to be obtain from Engineer-in-Chrage for taking down pipes)

S & F 100mm cast iron soil,waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears,with cement jionts but fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm cast iron bends fixed to wall with MS clamp of requiered size to wall completed all as specified and directed
