Demolition of PCC in Ground Floor and paving n exc 15 cm (below or above ground level)

M&L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in sub base for floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished even and fair w/o using extra cement

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl bedding if any n exc. 50mm thick etc. on any type of roof, cleaning with wire brushers etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for levelling course for consolidated thickness shall be varied from 25 to 55 mm as per the requirements all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed plaster on roof for laying in CM 1:4 waterproofing treatment, with using WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral Waterproofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment with 3 mm thick APP (Actatic Poly Propylene) modified membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/sqm as centre core & without multiple layers of polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm over roof (an overlap of 100 mm & 150 mm shall be provided on sides & end respectively )including a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm on top of APP membrane to get uniform finish complete all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Sand stone 5cm thick slabs in shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed by Enginer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls and roof ceilings etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive new plaster

M & L for Cement plastering 15mm( thick in two layers -first layer 10mm thick with ready mix plaster and outer layer 5mm thick ready mix water proof plaster) on outer walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS- 2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 days compressive strength 10-15 MPA, bulk density 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength->0.5 MPA complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10mm thick ready mix plaster on internal wall by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick ready mix self curing plaster on ceilling by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper over the alkali resistance priming paint primer over 1.5 to 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface and applying three coat of white wash on surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering
