Providing, fixing & removing formwork for casting R.C.C items as indicated below: with locally available timber) : Wall

Providing and Laying Plum concrete in1:4:8 c.c. (1cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 clean hard graded stone chips of 40mm down nominal gauge) with 70% clean hard stone of sizes not exceeding 15cm including shuttering, compacting and curing complete, as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

12mm thick Cement Plaster :1:6 Mix.

Tack coat (Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at required rate on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.: Cement Concrete Base

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects. Using Bitumen 60/70 grade. for GradingII (10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
