Construction of Bus Stops under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in nearby village panchayats of Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP), Village-Gorakhpur, Distt.- Fatehabad, Haryana.

Amount

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area cleared.

EXCAVATION :- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

PCC (1:3:6, upto PLINTH LEVEL) :- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

RCC (1:1.5:3, upto PLINTH LEVEL) :- Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

REINFORCEMENT :- Supplying and fixing Thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) Fe 500D bars conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with G.I. wire and placing at any position, at any height and depth complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Below Plinth Level

BRICK MASONRY (CLAY BURNT BRICKS) :- Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 ( cement : 6 coarse sand) laid to proper position, line, level as per the drawings and specifications including providing necessary scaffolding, staging, raking out of joints, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per direction of Site Engineer.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm-75 mm thick size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including finishing, curing, scaffoldings etc. complete at all height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ACRYLIC SMOOTH EXTERIOR PAINT :- Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work as per manufacturers specifications or Two or more coat including priming coat of exterior primer as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.

KOTA STONE SLAB (20mm THICK) :- Providing and laying Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in flooring laid on 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

CC CHEQUERED TILES :- Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with Light shade pigment using white cement to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

KERB STONE :- Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).

PAVER BLOCK (M-30) :- Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) structural frame made of Hollow pipes of sizes like 150 NB 10S, 100 NB10S, 50 NB 10S etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel self tapping screws for joining polycarbonate sheets in complete and fixing the structure with necessary accessories of required size, with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge and as per details mentioned in the drawing. (For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) structural frame made of square and rectangular hollow sections of different sizes like 80X40X3, 40X20X2, 50X25X3, 50X50X2.5,70X50X2.5, 50X25X3 including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and fitting the same with necessary accessories of required size, with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge and as per details mentioned in the drawing. (For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) structural frame made of plates of thickness 0.6 mm, 3mm,6mm,10mm etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required), laser cutting of members for making contours and fitting the same with necessary accessories as per approval of Engineer-in-charge and as per details mentioned in the drawing. (For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and fixing advertisement box complete with minimum two LED tube light on each box on top face and all required fittings including wire, MCB, switch atc. complete in all respect for display of advertisement. Electrical connection may be approx 30 m away. Stainless steel sheet of 0.6mm thickness on back side and all around box along with polycarbonate transparent sheet of 6 mm thickness on front side. Proper opening with hinges & locking arrangement of advertisement box is to be provided The dimension of advertisement box will be approx. 3.5mX1.5m. The details of advertisement box is mentioned in the drawing. Note: Payment of all stainless steel structural members are taken in Sr no:17, 18 & 19

Providing and fixing Flexible Vinyl water proof adhesive coloured customized stickers (high Definition)for NPCIL advertisements in different sizes for display in advertisement boxes and edge plates of Bus Que shelters as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Stainless steel M-16 Anchor foundation bolts with 800 mm length and 125 mm thread length along with their locknut and washers

Providing & fixing 12 mm polycarbonate sheet and 3 mm ACP seet (Silver/Gray/Bronze) on the roof of bus que shelter with fixing on stainless teel structural members with self tapping screws etc complete in all respect.
