Dismantling of 1000 KVA DEA Set with help of heavy labour, crain and chain pully, dismantling the canopy in parts, control panel, Bus trunking, control cables, Heat exchanger MS pipe line battery, fuel pipe, earthing and exhaust pipe with hevy duty double silencer at T.E. Bldg. Okhla New Delhi etc complete as required .

Dismantling of 1000 KVA Cooling tower i/e complete baseframe, 4" dia M.S Pipe, gate valve, staner, nut bolt, flange, 2x10 HP Motor, roof top 4" dia water line, vertical 4" dia pipe line etc complete as required with help of hevy labour, chainpully etc. complete as required.

Loading, Unloading & Shifting of 1000 KVA DG Set, Cooling Tower, Motor, 4" Dia MS Pipe Line, DG Set Canopy, Dobel Silencer, Exhaust Pipe Line, Support angle Iron, Bus Duct etc complete as required with help of Hevy labour, hevy duty cren, truck etc complete as required from TE. Bldg Okhla to KL Bhawan New Delhi.

Dismantling, shifting & reassembling of 500 KVA DEA Set make cummins with canopy, control panel, bus duct, mounting AVM pad, making of exhaust pipe line with welding jointing and fixing of MS Pipe etc complete as required by help of heavy labour, crain and chain pully, etc. as required at KL Bhawan New Delhi.

Providing suitable foundation of size for 1000 KVA i/c Excavation shuttering casting with CC. 1:2:4 Ratio (1 cement : 2 coarse 4 aggregate), providing and fixing of M.S angle iron as foundation edge protector size (40 mm) as per recommended engine / manufacturer at KL Bhawan New Delhi.

Providing and making Earthing with G.I. plate 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thik i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe complete as reqd.

Extra using for salt and charcol for GI plate earth complete as required.

Providing and fixing 50mm X 5mm GI strip in 80 mm dia GI pipe frome earth electrode etc as rqd.

Supply and laying 50mm X 5mm GI strip on sureface or in recess for connection etc as rqd.

Installation of 1000 KVA DEA set alignement of Alternator and control panel wiring, thimbling, fuel connection, Exhaust pipe, hevy duty double Silencer, reassembling of canopy, fuel tank, fuel pipe line, water line, batttery, connection, bus duct with help of hevy labor and crane and testing complete as reqd at K.L Bhawan MTNL New Delhi.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty initialy charged capacity 180 AH 25 plate Exide Battery connection testing complete as required.

B-Check of 1000 KVA DEA Set at site with providing/filling of Lubricating oil, Coolent etc complete as required.

Making and fixing of existing 10" dia M.S 'B' Class exhaust fume pipe with elbow, flange, gasket and nut bolt, welding cutting and fitting i/c angle iron support etc. as reqd

Providing and fixing of Aluminum cladding on 10" dia existing exhaust fume pipe with 26 SWG aluminum sheet, Rockwool (48kg/m3 density), wirmesh including of all necessary material complete as required.

Providing and fixing of Aluminum cladding on existing Residental type Silencers with 26 SWG aluminum sheet, Rockwool (48Kg/m3 density), wirmesh including of all necessary material complete as required.

Making and fixing M.S Iron Structure/structural support for Cooling Tower & 5000 Ltr Makeup Tank size of LBH 2.5Mtr x 3Mtr x 3Mtr with P/F MS C Channel Size of 6"x3", MS Plate size of 18"x18", 10mm thick for all for stand of Structure i/c cutting, welding, jointing , painting etc.complete as reqd
