Taking out/dismantling of old unserviceable table top and S & F new table top made of Plywood commercial ISI marked of size 1020 mm x 610 mm x 18 mm with 1 mm thick laminated sheet of approved colour fixed over it with adhesive SR Paste 998 and providing 6mm thick teak wood beading all around the table top duly French polished on all edges complete all as specified and as directed. Taking out/dismantling of old unserviceable front sides of table and S & F front sides of table made of Plywood commercial ISI marked of size 1020 mm x 400 mmx 12 mm with 1mm thick laminated sheet of approved colour fixed with adhesive SR paste 998 and providing 6mm thick teak wood beading all around the edges duly french polished complete all as specified and as directed. Taking out/dismantling of old unserviceable shutter and S & F new shutter of size 400 x 320mm made of Plywood commercial ISI marked 18mm thick with 1mm thick laminated sheet of approved colour fixed with adhesive SR paste 998 incl knob, latch, hinges of 50mm welded to the frame and providing 6mm thick teak wood beading all around the edges duly french polished complete all as specified and as directed. Taking out old unservicable lock for steel almirah large and S & F new MS locking device 6 levers, 75mm with duplicate keys of approved make including replacing MS clamps of 6mm dia rod complete all as specified and as directed. ( FD-67/ FD-1031)

Taking out old unservicable handle and supply and fix MS handle, chromium plated not less than 120mm long fixed with nut and washers etc for Almirah large complete all as specified and as directed. ( FD-67/ FD-1031)

Welding wherever required to Almirah large steel for fixing of broken shelves all as per drg. The welding of four points (at four places) will be taken as one unit each complete all as specified and as directed. ( FD-67/ FD-1031)

Taking down old unserviceable top from Teapoy Verandah and S&F new top made out of Prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the edges complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down old unserviceable caster wheel and S & F new caster wheel 50mm dia to Chair revolving /executive /Computer including welding wherever required to match with the original, complete all as specified and directed. (TP)

Taking out old unserviceable tonned /deshaped foamed leather /cloth tapestry and cushion for seat and back of Chair revolving/ Computer Chair medium /high back and fixing new tapestry cloth of approved quality to match the original, complete all as specified and directed. (TP) (Note : The cushion for seat and back shall be measured separately)

S & F new moulded cushion of size not less than 450 x 500mm thick 40mm density for seat of Chair medium/high back of approve quality to match the original, complete all as specified and as directed. (TP)

Taking down old unserviceable hydraulic gas lift and S & F new gas drop lift mechanism with adjustment range as required to Chair revolving /executive /Computer including welding wherever required to match the original, complete all as specified and directed. (TP)

Taking out old unserviceable wheel base and S & F new wheel base 5 arms of size 700mm arm to armmade with thick MS sheet to shape and weld vertical as per standard practice and necessary nuts to be welded and finished with chromium plated to Chair revolving /executive /computer including welding wherever required to match the original, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Gas welding of broken components/parts to make items in serviceable condition and making surface smooth with file to complete item including providing of flat iron/round bar of suitable size for strengthening as required for teapoy Verandah/Chair CBA/CB all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-75(M)/FD-383/FD-255) (Note : The gas welding job and provision of FI of required size for teapoy Verandah/Chair CBA/CB shall be measured as one unit)

Taking down unserviceable handle and S & F new MS handle CP not less than 120 mm long fixed with nut and washers as appropriate for Almirah steel Medium/Almirah steel large/Almirah steel 1/2H x 1/2S, complete all as specified and as directed. (FD-1031/ FD-1032)

M & L for recanning of Chair Verandah with 4 mm wide plastic cane of approved quality including removing old cane, complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed. (FD-359/FD-259)

S & F new PVC shoes for legs of Chair Verandah including removing old rubber shoe, complete all as specified and as directed. (FD-359/FD-259)

Removing of old unserviceable plywood top of bed hard steel and S & F new 12mm thick commerical plywood BWR confirming to IS 303-1975 of size 1980 x 900mm with the help of 10mm dia nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed. (FD/E6/MAP/08R)
