Spl repair to Bldg No P-112 (Qtr No 29 to 36) JCO Md Accn at DBN Vihar and Provn of tolilet block with bathroom facilities near bldg. no T-170 under AGE B/R-II of GE (E) JRC

Demolition of Concrete any description and any position and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and path finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and path finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under:- (i) Application of two components acrylic modified cementious coating;- (aa)The Surface to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substances must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and dry other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:-(bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in V-groove pattern as applicable. Special attention on the part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex/perma lates SBR/FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex/Asian paint latex SBR as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacume pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahed of application of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO. (dd) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturers instructions.

(ee) Apply glass abric sheet of SIKA Fab-1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst first coat is wet. (ff) Once touch dry, apply second coat of SIKA Top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instruction on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (hh) The water proofing coating shoyuld be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface three sides including dismantling of existing tiles. (jj)It is essential to cure Acrylic modified cementitious coting immediatly afer application for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full ceent hydration and to minimize cracking. (kk) A protection plaster 12-15mm thick in CM 1:3 admised with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the wall. Admixture: SIKA Plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. (ll) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortor admixed with SIKA plastocrete over the applied waterproofing coating on horizontal surface. (mm) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mess on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in he centrwe of make SIKA seal tape/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP.

(nn) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions until placement of concrete. The memberane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. (oo) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicasors authorised by the respective manufacturers and approved by GE. (iii) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be seaed properly by epoxy sealent. (iv) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (Min 15 cm) all around. (v) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) complete all as specified. (Paid separately). (vi) Providing drainage spout pipe GI pipe 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Appx 450/600mm)including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. (vii) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. (Note:- Item No (v) and (vi) shall be measured and paid separately.) (Only floor area to be measured for payment).

M&L for PCC lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in layers of not more than 10cm thick tamping etc complete all as specified and as directed. by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.. All as per Srl item No 7 above, but on vertical surface such as riser, skirting, dado over and incl 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 rough finish surface to receive tiles
