Provision of Fire stop solution for the Electrical Riser of Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi. Ch. to ARMO of AFD

Supply & installation of Panel & Wool based integrated Fire Sealing System and fire stop solution for the electrical Shaft / Riser. One layer of Composite Fire Board 12 mm thick and 2 layers of Insulation boards 50 mm thick, Sealant, Top Coat Mastic & other ancillaries as required. The job includes the removing the dust and cleaning of shaft. Two layers of Mineral wool Slabs will be filled inside the opening to completely, ensuing to cover end to end on all the sides of the opening. The Fire board will be profiled (as per the locations and positions of the penetrants within the opening) and fixed with support of the MS Angle frames with fasteners, nut bolts, screws, etc. Profiling of the board to be done in a way that minimum gap is remained in between of penetrants & board and also between the board’s joints, after fixing of board. The complete assembly will be fixed with the help of the anchor fasteners, nut bolts, etc. The small gaps within joints, profiles and around the penetrants to be filled & sealed with the Sealant. Sealant to be applied preciously. Each & every gap/joint/void to sealed, non to be left unsealed. After the final erection and full curing of the applied sealants, the entire fire sealing assembly will be coated with top coat mastic compound. No periodic maintenance required. The Fire sealing system shall be Fire Rating up to 04 hours as per BS: 476 Part-20, tested & approved by CBRI, Roorkee & NABL Accredited Labs.
