Dismantling of the complete roof top solar plant of total capacity 42KWp including dismantling /disconnection of following terns/accessories and Module mounting Structure (MMS):- (i) Solar modules of 325Wp -128 Nos. (ii) Inverter (iii) Solar OCDB Metering Panel (iv) LT Distribution Board Panel (v) Disconnection and dismantling all the cables and pipes (vi) Power analyzing display unit (vii) Earthing strings etc.

Safely Transportation and shifting of the all material dismantled under item no.l from Nitrogen Plant (presently installed building) to rooftop of community centre of CSIO (Three stories building of height 11.50 Metre {Approx) as required.

Installation, connections & commissioning of material dismantled and shifted under Item No.l & 2 with civil work as required.

Supply & fixing of heavy duty uPVC push type conduit pipe 32 mm dia. on surface as required.

Supply & laying In uPVC conduit pipe of DC cable of size 1 c X 4 Sq.mm annealed tinned flexible copper conductor Electron Beam Cross Linked XLPE 90 deg. C Insulated and sheathed Single core l.SkV DC rated Solar cable as per EN 50618

Supply of 4 Core 25 sq mm Copper conductor, PVC/XLPE insulated flexible power cable confirming to latest IS standards.

Supply & fixing arrey junction box 5 in 5 out IP 65 protected AJB with polycarbonate box

Supply & fixing of 25mm x 3 mm Gl flat strip with 80 micron Gl Coating on surface

Chemical Earthing having pit of size 400 X 400 X 300 mm with foundation, a pit cover along with 3 mtr. length of 20 mm dia. Cu bonded Electrode, pouring chemical compound of 25 Kg including digging of earthing pit as required.

Supply & fixng of conventional Lightning arrestor along with mast accessories of Brass Copper Lightning Arrester 9.2 mm diameter and 915 mm in length and epoxv electrical insulator with base as required.

SITC of outdoor cubical control panel fabricated with 14 SWG MS of approximate size of 500mm X 500m X 300mm to be mounted on 4 legs of angle iron of size 25mm X 5mm X 500mm and double coat painted with following switchgear :- (i) MCCB 200Amp. 4 Pole , 415V, AC

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 95 sq. mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply & fixing GI strip of 25mm X 5mm from earthing pit to outdoor panel as required.

Supply & laying of 40mm dia GI pipe with cutting the road/brick pakka surface with finishing the same as required at site.

Supply & fixing 40mm dia GI pipe for cable protection including clamping on wall etc as required at site.

Supply of 4 core 95 sq.mm 1.1KV grade, one number XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor, armoured power cable confirming to latest IS standards.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 core, 95 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. as required.
