Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster/loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete specified and directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding, kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges to maintain proper slope on roof slab complete all as specified.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.
