Supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) in the existing 125 KVA DG sets installed at Polyclinic and Aashirwad old age home to reduce particulate Matter (PM) hydrocarbon and Carbon Monoxide emission by at least 70% Adhering to this device should be type approved as per the system and procedure of central pollution control board for emission compliance testing of Retro-fit emission control devices (RECD) for Diesel Power generation set engines, dated 01/02.2022 wide pollution control series PCLS /12 /2021-22. Adhering to this RECD should be type approved for equivalent KVA rating from any one of the four central pollution control board Govt. of India recognized/approved test agencies/ laboratories. The RECD device should be equipped with a remote data monitoring system certified by ICAT/ARAI providing essential information recorded at every 15 minutes including but not limited to: i. Energy consumption ii. Running hours iii. Warming’s related to ECD diagnosis for the following conditions a) Complete loss of particulate capture function. b) Removal of the ECD system. c) Failure of the ECD system. d) Detection of exhaust bypass, temporary or permanent,. As part of field operating, tempering RECD should not accumulate any soot, during the mission control process. No addition device requirement for the disposal of soot.
