Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying of stone soling below raft foundation with stone size of 150-250 mm to be hand packed with interstices (if any) to be filled with sand duly to be consolidated and compacted.

Cast in situ of concrete work of nominal mix concrete M7.5 grade (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 20mm volumetric batching up to plinth level including curing but excluding formwork costs.(in under floors)

Cast in situ Design mix of M20 grade and high workability (compacting factor over 0.92 ) , water cement ratio as per design cement content not less than 400 Kg/cum, nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, weigh batching, including curing but excluding formwork costs for all RCC works from plinth level to roof level i.e. lintel band, columns , slab /beams etc.

Supplying, filling with river sand/nallah muck in 20 cm layers including watering, compacting and dressing under flooring in ground floor.

Form work of steel plates not less than 3.0mm thick M.S. sheets of specified size stiffened with suitable structural frame work true to plane or Kit-ply plates of not less than 12mm thickness of specified sizes stiffened with a suitable timber frame work prop height up to desired height in all types of suspended floors, soffits of slabs, sides and soffits of beams ribs, columns posts, up to desired heights and thickness complete including its removal also.

Providing , assembling and placing high strength deformed steel bars of Fe 415 or TMT 500D grade ( conforming to IS 1786) for RCC work including cost of binding wires for all levels.

Brick Masonry in 1:6 cement mortar (1 cement: 6coarse sand) with second class (75A) bricks up to desired height including the brick arches (if any) as per architectural design/drawings, with curing complete

15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 cement mortar in walls with curing

10 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar in ceilings with curing complete.

Finishing the plastered surfaces with wall putty 2 mm thick coat including sufficient coats to an even shade.

Applying paints over wall putty surfaced walls/ceilings with two or more coats of cement paints of specified shade and brand to an even shade over and including priming coat, preparation of base surface with paint based filling, all complete - as per architectural specifications

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm/600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers, Anti-Skid Joint less) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. in all colours, shades except white, ivory and fume red brown complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of 40mm thick concrete flooring in rooms in M-15 (1:2:4) nominal mix (max size of aggregate 20mm) concrete finished with floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and fixing of 300 × 40 mm thick 2nd class kail wood eaves boarding to sides of M.S Truss with decorative profile as per approved design with necessary fixing arrangement all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 20mm thick 1st class kail wood planks (toungued & Grooved) to the soffits of MS Truss with necessary framework of budloo wood 2" × 11/2" section with spacing of 450 mm × 450mm framework with necessary fittings/arrangements all complete job as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less 275 grm/m2

Providing ridges/valleys or hips of width 60cm/90cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick

Supplying and erecting welded steel built up sections in trusses/trussed purlins /beams/rafters, up to desired span and height including cost of priming coats.

P/F of 16 mm dia holding down anchor bolts 500mm long along with nuts for holding of steel trusses.
