Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75(Kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 02 above but except Bricks NOTE: Old brick retrieved from demolition shall be used.
Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat, round or square bars for weaving of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W, Gde E-165, quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 13 & 14 : Rate for fixing shall deemed to be included in rates of Srl item No. 11 & 12

S&F in repair providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings frame but excluding frames including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour, area of stone exceeding 0.25 sqm but not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm x 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for granite stone 18-20 mm thick (of any type) glazed (table rubbed and polished) fixed as in skirting, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and the like set in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match and exposed edges rounded with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, excavation, returning filling and demolition of existing kerb stones complete comlete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil of 600 mm dia (in stretched position), hot dip and galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG), fixed to the MS angle iron/precast RCC fencing post and fixed with razor wire with hte help of hog/lug rings (14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 37 & 38 :- MS angle/fencing post and razor wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
S&F in repair razor wire fencing with 2.6 mm dia and 14 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick razor strip fixed with clamp to angle iron or swan neck angle complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove with applying one coat of approved paint complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including taking down of old plaster/washed stone grit complete all as specified and directed.
