Petty repairs to wooden joinery works such as Resecuring or easing and adjusting of doors, windows kitchen cabinets in any size, refixing hinges etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engineer In charge. (Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.) Note item No 1 and 2 : (a) The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient manpower i.e 1 Carpenter, 1 helper will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered NCH colony powai. (e) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system.

Taking down aluminum door shutter carefully and refixing the same in position replacing rubber bead, worn-out door closer mortice lock and replacing existing broken aluminium section / glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, if any and making door shutter serviceable, for work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Aluminum Section / Glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Fixing element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per spcification & drawing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter , 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm th. Moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain coour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing with wood free EPS etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut and machine polished cudappa stone slab for kitchen plateform jointed and set in CM 1:3 and fixed including rounding to edge of stone slabs one side edge etc complete all as specified and as directed
