Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. Construction of embankment with approved material deosited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 305 (3.17)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 305 (3.16)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 305 (3.18)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Grade-I) (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.401(4.01))

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavement (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.406(4.14))

Providing and applying primer coat with SS/ Gradebitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.502(5.01))

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.503)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 (5.04) complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 507(5.05)) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:3:6 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 279 (B)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approved grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. PQC M-35 (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 602(6.02))

(a) Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move ) As per SI No. 251 (A)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. (S.I. No. 284(A)

M.S.(tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 1600(14.20))

M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure including supply of all materials labour tools & pland etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307)

12mm thick plaster with cement and Coarse sand in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.I. No. 582(a)

Struck cement pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar with colouring including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 578
