Description of Work

Survey including preparation of schedule of material, Marking of location (Route length).

Detailed Survey

Erection of superstructure of 220 KV , DB, DC Tower & & their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardwares & accessories but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching

Tack welding of all the bolts upto the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich alumunium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material.

Cost of excavation of 220 KV Tower foundation pits including all earth work, backfilling and levelling etc.

Cost of concreting for all types 220 KV tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix

Earthing Pipe Type

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C. foundation including cost of steel, cutting, binding, placing etc.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) of following 220 KV DC towers:-

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR 'Zebra' conductor including hoisting of insulators fiting of all necessary hardware & accessories i.e. fittings, armour rods, vibration dampers etc. on all six phases of 220 KV DC lines

Installation, Laying, testing & commissioning of links etc. of 24 fibre (DWSM)OPGW fibre optic Cable along with all necessary hardware set excluding Joint box.

Splicing & installation of Joint box (24 Fibre)

Dismantling of tower ( A+0 -01 N0,B+0 - 01 No,C+0 - 01 No,C+5 - 01 No,C+25 -01 No) after cutting of bolt, with all safety & precaution along with associated work and transportation of all dismantled material to UPPTCL stores..

Dismantling of all Six phases of existing ACSR Zebra conductor ,all hardware fitting & conductor assoceries eg armoured rod, vibration damper, insulator string of existing line and rolling of dismantled conductor in empty drum for transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores.

De-stringing of existing OPGW necessary hardware, joint box, rerolling of OPGW on empty drum of OPGW & safely transportation of all removal material to UPPTCL stores

Sorting, Counting, loading & unloading and carriage of various type tower stub from EFU Naini Prayagraj to store of ETD-1 Varanasi.
