Dismantling existing Galvalume roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material from roof top to ground level.

Dismantling Existing Roof Gutter overhangs at all Stations ,and stacking the material from top of the platform to Ground level.The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Supply, Fixing of Roof sheet in the place of damaged roof sheets. Inclusive of Anti-Corrosive Screws 55mm, And also of all labour and machineries.Roof Sheet make should be match with already fixed roof sheets. (Like LYSAGHT CP - 302 Roofing Panel trapezoidal ribbed roofing profile or else similar brand)

Providing and fixing of Puff panel 50mm Rockwool panel fixed over entry structure of underground station matching existing profile. Before fixing of new sheet it is the scope of contractor to remove the damaged existing sheet. Only the area of new sheet will be measured for payment

Providing, supplying, erecting and fixing in position 3 mm thick poly carbonate sheet of approved color and texture. Cost to include jointing, sealing with butyl adhesive and tape etc as per manufactures specification and cover all cost of labours tools, plants, temporary works. etc. all complete.

Supply and fixing of 10mm Thk Multiwall polycarbonate Opal White or Equivalent Color sheets for Roofing work with Both Side UV Coating which block near infra- Light but allows in-high level of Visible Lights.This should offer high light transmission, wheather resistance and hight impact Strength.Contractor has to Quote Price including all fixtures, Scaffolding Arrangement for fixing at all Height. ( Cost of Aluminium Frame or MS/SS Frame will be paid Separately). Material Should be of GE Plastic/Lexan/Sabic or of Equivalent Brand and Should get prior approval before Fixing at Site.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the approved shop drawings for the Top and Bottom of Aluminium System for fixing 10mm thk Multi wall polycarbonate Roof System with the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 2 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm.Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N.Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147.The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane.2mm (for corrugated roof sheets)

Providing and fixing 2mm thick Galvanised Iron gutter at Roof/columns for collecting water with necessary suspenders/ supports A) Approximately the size of the Gutter is Width 0.40m & Depth 0.16m, total Width does not exceed 0.85m. Rates inclusive of work with necessary scaffolding which will not be paid separately.

Providing and fixing a 2mm thick Galvanised Iron gutter at the Roof/columns for collecting water with necessary suspenders/ supports A) Approximately the size of the Gutter is a Width of 0.30m & Depth of 0.6m, and the total Width does not exceed 1.5m (Phase I Extension) rates inclusive of work with boom lift, necessary scaffolding which will not be paid separately.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete a) On steel work

Supply and fixing in Position of Fly Proof Mesh at Required location. Mesh to be screwed at location where ever required with necessary wooden Support and wellgorw material for removing and refixing.

Providing, supply, Fixing of Galvanised Iron 120 GSM Wind Ties including screws. Per Wind Tie Length Should be minimum 2.5 m length. Rate inclusive of Cutting, Drilling, handling, transportation, and labour charges. Rate also inclusive of Anti-Corrosive Screws 55mm.And also of all labour and machineries.(Per Piece avg.2.5m in length)

Providing, supply, Fixing of Anti-Corrosive Screws (Corroshield Screws) (55 mm) over the Existing canopy at various station. At an average of 3 Screws per Sq.m. The Rate is Inclusive of all labour and machineries.

Application of Weather Silicone Sealant of approved make where ever required to make water tight including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc.,. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Water Proofing: Supply and installation of one-Component, moisture curing, modified polyurethane based masterseal HLM 5000-Seamless, elastomertic water-proofing membrane.Surface Preparation: the cenaing and preparation of the substract to which the masterseal HLM 5000 is applied must be carried out throughly to leave a sound base for the application. any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Release oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior to the application of primer.Proofing Membrane: Providing and applying masterseal HML 5000 a single component polyurethane based coating that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane. it is elastomeric,seamless waterproofing membrane applied in 2 coats to a DFT of 1.5 mm thick having a elongation capacity of over 600 % and with solid content more than 85% applied on the RCC surface including priming (if required), Crack filling, Covering, Ponding etc Complete. The material shall comply to - ASTM C836 National Std. of canada 37.58 - M86 by CGSB.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Item will be Certified only for Maintenance Work carried out above 5 Mtr.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angles shall be paid separately)

Removal and replacement of clip in profile of GI make of 0.5mm thick.Item will be paid based on the Area of panels for which replacement has been done

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.- Only for Road Work whtich involves cutting of earth for laying WMM. Item can not be operatable for Surface Dress and Jungle Cleaning.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Providing and fixing of 12mm thick Toughened glass at all levels in metros stations ISI marked ,finished with necessary screws and Fittings etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.:

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for inear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Scaffolding and: a)Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b)Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrestthe wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all amples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is including under this item. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
