Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 0.5 MLD at MAP ACCN on all working days (including Sunday/Holiday) by deploying skilled operator (PHO/FGM) in two shift to operate electrically driven 3 phase, 50 Hz,AC sewage pumping system along with control of all mechanical device such as sluice valve/butter fly valve,footvalve and NRV etc including keeping the installation operational in healthy condition including carrying out all daily maintenance all as directed by Engineer-in-charge & as per Indian electricity rules/ Engineering practices & maintaining properly the protective instruments complete in good condition and all maintenance records, break down records by providing with adequate staff all as specified in particular specifications to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note for ser No 1 to 6 :- (i) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. (ii)The payment shall be made to the workers through NEFT to adhaar linked bank account of employees/ staff and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payments. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations. (iv) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only through Account payee cheque/NEFT and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill.

(v) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt,and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. (vi) In case absence of any operator / workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attendant / Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (vii) Safety equipment's, tools and first aid kit will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government. (viii) Log Sheet, Muster roll, attendance register shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by contractor on daily basis. (ix) The contractor shall closed the installation properly with lock and key before leaving the installation. Contractor shall be held responsible for any theft or loss at the installation. Contractor shall make sure to have everything in installation under lock and key.
