S&F Heavy duty automatic Star-Delta strater type ML1.5 FSLD of L&T make for pumpset 10 hp,made of mild steel enclosure factory made, comprising of the following items contractor,over load relay, phase seqence, of 3-phase in put voltage 415 Votls 50 HZ, current relay range 13-21 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted surface of steel tubular poles 8.5 to 9 metres long and painting with two coats of Aluminium paint including white washing the coping portion above ground level all as specified and as directed.

GI tubing of 80 mm dia light grade for protection of cable at road crossing/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 x 5mm bolts, nuts, washers etc including taking down old GI pipe all specified and directed.

Material and labour for detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line of any size and core. (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of HT Meggar. Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable. Note : 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each Job. 2. Earth work and taking out will be measured seperately. 3. Material for repair and replacement will be measured saperately.

Supply and fix in repairs Silica Gel Breather assembly complete duly filled with silica gel stones suitable for transformer of capacity 150 -250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Topping up of Transformer oil ISI marked duly tested proper die-electric strength up to desired level after heating up oil suitable for 11 KV system .

Dehydration of Transformer oil at site using dehydration machine through on line filteration to withstand die-electric strength of 50 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed .

Servicing and Painting of two/four pole structure consisiting of poles, rolled steel joists mild steel channels & supports with one coat of aluminium paint including colour code for RYB to indicate the colour code for body earthing & lighting arrestor complete including taking proper shut down & greasing the GOD switch & tightening of all bolts & nuts and replacement of ACSR conductor and PVC sleeves , wornout lugs, PG clamps and HT fuses in the structure as required at site including two coats of white wash for masonary plat form complete one coat of synthetic enamal paint for weld mesh, removing of Weeds / Plants inside the yard and Cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of Transformer by dismantling the top cover, checking of HT/LT bushings from core winding cleaning/ removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning in side the radiator and core winding, cleaning the radiator coil including checking the connections of protective devices like winding, temperature indicators, replacing the top cover gaskets & washers with new one and charging of the transformer, ensuring no oil leakage from transformer including painting of transformer with grey colour enamel paint and testing and commissiong to system complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of 200 KVA capacity:

Three Phase non-linear type lightning arrestor suitable for three wire 11KV overhead lines complete with galvonised clamping arrangement GI bolts, nuts and washers complete including taking down old arrestor all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mmx 6.30 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia, 7.5m length by means nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber MS wire gauge, CI cover with frame incl excavation in any strata and returning, filling, removal surplus soil, charcoal salt complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I (Earth test point shall be provided at suitable point) including taking out the old Earthing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the burnt cable end terminals at incoming side of MCCB DB TPN/cubicle and cutting suitable length of Incoming LT UG cable after breaking PCC on wall / floor, taking out cable from loop by excavation and earthwork complete of any size and type crimping aluminium lugs of suitable size after preparation of cable ends and connecting back including providing GI taking out nuts, bolts, washers and testing for any loose connections making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 95 sqmm

Returning filling including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil as directed .

Sub-class 'B' well burnt bricks of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 40 mm laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches for UG cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Painting to steel surfaces of VCB,s, LT panel boards or feeder piller boxes or any other plants as directed externally of any description and size, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described using exsisting colour of Synthetic enamel paint one coat after necessary cleaning of surfaces duly disconnecting the power supply under intimation to site incharge complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of U/S relay any type and make with Numerical relay microprocesser based model including retrofiting to the existing panels and programming the relays for overlaod and earthfault setting with respect to trip settings of HT panels Sub station or other sub station insuch a way that fault are arrested locally the tip testing carry over suitable with 66KV sub station/other complete all as specified and directed.
