RequiredBankers Cheque of a Commercial Bank / Account Payee Demand Draft of a Commercial Bank / Fixed Deposit Receipt of a Commercial bank / Insurance Surety Bonds / Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from a Commercial bank against EMD.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated (drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, IGSC, New Delhi).
RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities, then in such a case the following undertaking
RequiredCopy of Enlistment Order of the Contractor (For CPWD enlisted contractors only).
RequiredScanned copy of PAN CARD
RequiredLetter of Transmittal (for Non-CPWD Contractors only).
RequiredCertified copy of financial turn over verified by Chartered Accountant (Form A) (for Non-CPWD Contractors only).
RequiredBank Solvency Certificate (Form B)/Net worth certificate (Form B-1) (for Non-CPWD Contractors only).
RequiredDetails of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last Seven years ending last date of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited (Form C).
RequiredPerformance report of works should not less than very good referred in Form C (Form D).
RequiredStructure and Organization. (Form E) (for Non-CPWD Contractors only).
RequiredAffidavit Proforma for not Executing Similar Works through another contractor on back to back basis (Form F).
RequiredAffidavit Proforma for not being Blacklisted or Debarred (Form G).
RequiredThe bidder has to provide complete details of his present correspondence address along with mobile / landline number and valid e-mail Id.
RequiredAgency will also upload the Affidavit that if the details of work done of similar nature as uploaded is found incorrect then the bid will be treated as invalid and agency will liable to black listed/ debarred for tendering in CPWD and Engineer-in-Charge shall be free to take action as per declaration submitted by the agency.
RequiredObtained license under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005 and Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rule 2009 and must have obtained license under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005 and Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rule 2009.
RequiredRegistration with the Registrar of companies/firms.
RequiredIf Private works are shown in support of eligibility, the Tax deduction at Source (TDS) shall have to be uploaded where TDS amount shall commensurate with the actual amount of work done.
