Supply & transportation of GALVANIZED MILD STEEL Shore Manifold made of 350 mm dia M.S. ERW Pipe 1 meter long having 1 number of 300 mm dia Inlet and 3 numbers of 150 mm diameter Outlet all end flange welded, 150 mm M.S.Flange conforming to IS 6392/71 (Table-17) & 300 mm M.S.Flange conforming to IS 6392/71 (Table-5). [Flange Thickness of 150 MM dia-19 mm + 3 mm of raise face. Flange Thickness of 300 mm diameter 24 mm + 4 mm of raise face i) M.S Pipes 150 mm(NB) to be used for fabrication of parts will be as per IS:1239(Part-1)/2004 with latest amendments and duly ISI marked of medium class. ii) E.R.W, M.S. Pipe of 350 N.B. (355.6 mm Outside Dia.) used for fabrication will be of IS:3589/ 2001 with latest amendments duly marked with "ISI" certification mark. Thickness of 350 N.B. shall be 5.6 mm. Galvanization: The materials are to be hot dip galvanisedas per IS 4736-1986 only after complete fabrication of materials. No welding is allowed after fabrication. All the materials are to be fabricated as per drawing. Minimum galvanisation coating thickness should be 80 micron
