Dismantling Bricks (edging or on edge) or brick tiles in floor channels, kerbs,aprons, etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed all as specified and directed

Demolition of ashlar facing dressed stone work precast concrete articles(Kerb Stone) etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep of subgrade area including flling, watering, compacting by road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n. exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc; cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in and including screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming and and applying evenly a tack coat (Paving Bitumen VG-10) with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10Sqm for putting in and including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blended with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5Kg/10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content (Paving Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and n.exc 100mm and including material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and material & labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10Kg/10 Sqm for laying premixed bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for providing premixed bituminous macadam (compacted thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver finisher, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing and fixing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb Stone of any section indicated with plain fair faces including chamfers weatherings throughting etc and setting in CM (1:4) complete with joints to match all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC, type D-2, (1:4:8), (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with Grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with and including 40mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), C2,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and saucer drains in roads or similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges finished top surface even and smooth with using exra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads / on path / on kerb stone / on pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow / black including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for marking of centre line, side line, stop line etc as per IRC pattern with 2mm thick thermoplastic road marking compound of approved quality using 8% mica of white/ yellow colour (colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) on bituminous/ concrete road surface of temprature 160ºC with a special applicator machine including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of plastic body alloy of size 109mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S & F in replacement convex mirror polycarbonated of size 60cm dia used for road turning,intersections,curves T junctions .it shall be fixed with 60mm dia mild steel pipe of 1.80m long pipe in which 450 mm in ground fixed in pcc 1:3:6 in trench of size 45cmX 45 cmX 50 cm. complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement solar stud aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement speed bump of size 730mmx245mm and 70mm height made out of PE pre coloured material (black/yellow) including reflectors in either side fixed with nails and joints are filled with bitumen complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC, 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of road side motivation/ informatory sign boards made out of 4mm thick ACP retro reflective sheeting of high intensive prismatic grade confirming to IRC of size (60 cm x 90 cm) with reflective vinyl printing both side and framed properly in 50mm bore stainless steel pipes and covered each end with 75mm dia stainless steel knob. Height of frame 1300mm above ground and 450mm below ground level firmly fixed to the ground by means of proper shaped foundation with PCC 1:2:4 of size 450mm x 450mm x600mm including excavation etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class-B old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface applying one coat of wall care putty then applying two coats of exterior acylic emulsion incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface applying one coat of wall care putty then applying two coat of exterior acylic emulsion incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

M & L Continuous brick edging with burnt clay sub class B bricks width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified nad directed by engineer in charge

M & L Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen , applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
