Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 6mtr/ 4mtr. Octagonal Pole with M -20 grade concrete for Pole considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC. SUB HEAD 12-- Glow Sign Board SITC of LED illumination sign board fabricated by 12’×4’ (ft) × 5” (inch) depth ACP box supported with 1’×1’ MS hollow square pipe of 18 swg all around. The 3 mm ACP facial should be provided with Laser cutting 6 mm thick acrylic letters out of which 3 mm rising from the surface of the ACP board. 6 mm letters should be fixed on another 3 mm acrylic sheet on back side of the ACP facial. Border line of the front portion and back portion should be covered by 1.5” Aluminum channel as per the direction of EIC. The sign board should be glow from back side of letters by 1.5W/2.0 LED 2/ 3 / 4 module cool white in colour including 12V 615W power supply and LED must be covered in box made of 3 mm thick sun board. 4” with part of the four side of board should be covered by ACP after bending excess part from front side. The sign board should be fixed on roof of the building with suitable supporting arrangement on floor and mending good damages as per direction of EIC. Colour of APC & letter will be as per direction of EIC. The cost of transportation and scaffolding charges are included. The sign board should be as per the following inscription as per direction of EIC – Probably to be provided (I) national emblem. (II) State logo. etc. beside these the probable. matter would be as follows as per authority approval:-

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long With TATA-Medium GI pipe as per GS [ 2(a)/G-1]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil) [1(a)/G-1]

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 20 mm x 3 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long grouted on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall for making connection with thimbles at the end of 7/10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) stranded Wire and 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F thimbles, GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as requiredas per GS. Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works: as per GS Length above 0.5 Mtr [ 4(b) / J1 ]

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run GS [ 7 / J1 ]

SUB-HEAD 15-- SERVICING & REPAIRING OF A.C. FAN Taken down & re-fixing the same fans by the agency's own tools & tackles in existing place.

Opening the fan part by part, testing, cleaning the fan blade & body by supplying cleaning materials and remove the dust from blade & body with satisfactorily. After cleaning the fans making the overhauling, varnishing, greasing the bearing and refitting & testing the same with satisfactory RPM.

Rewinding by supplying super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge, mina lax paper, mica sheet, changing the loops, overhauling, backing, varnishing & refitting, testing and measuring the appropriate RPM (Old type)

Supply & Fixing new ball bearing in place of defective one. [Make- SKF / Tata.] 6201
