Paving the floor with design Cement Based Hydraulicaly Pressed Anti Skid Tiles in all floors over a base layer of C.M. 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Dadooing Ceramic tiles of size 300 x 600 x 10mm in all floors laid in C.M. 1:2mix 10mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.4Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing TWO coat with freshly Emulsion paint all floors using best quality and approved varity of colour pigments including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats over New Iron work with ready mixed approved paints in all the floors using best quality & approved variety of colouring pigments including cost of Materials & scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Supplying and Fixing of European Water closet with "P" or " S" Trap and with ISI mark. The cost is includs of double flapped PVC seat cover, PVC pipe 110mm dia and all internal fittings
