Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for removing the exiting UNSV underground cables of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated surplus material of item ser No 1 to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the old bricks/PCC cover and M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight in trench for protection of cable all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate for poles foundation etcincluding Dismantaining the exisiting all as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded aggegate for pole coping & road crossing etc including form work including Dismantaining the exisiting complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor in replacement of old unserviceable any size conductor in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of galvanised steel wire of dia 4 mm for guard wire, continuous earth wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for replacement of cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape or size as indicated or directd incl one primer coat, one under coat & one finishing coat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long)complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F for replacement of pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for replacement shackle type porecelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size insulator and 12 mm dia bolt,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and dismantalling old U/S over head line conductor (ACSR) of any size ( 2/4 line) and then cleaning , restringing in original position incl binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire, tapes complete all as specified and directed. (a) The rate quoted are inclusive of cutting/ removing all tree branches/ vegetation around 3 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (b) Length of span is approx 30 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (c) Adjusting & tightning of stay assembly shall be done wherever required.

S&F in replacement synthetic line separator of LT OH lines with nut,bolts & washers straight type horizontal configuration fixed at a point as directed and suitable for single phase 2 wire LT lines all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Writing of Pole Nos on 1.5 mtr height from coping of pole, with synthetic enamel paints in 25 CM height complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing 50mm (Light grade) laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing 80mm (Medium grade) and complete laid in trenches under road as in mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatiling, and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated in repair, IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, marked, screened, PVC sheathed armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts of croos sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core with aluminium stranded, laid in trenches / fixed on pole / wall / passed through pipe complete with jointing material of LT Cable all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge, Note :- Road cutting involved any to be filled with PCC and PCC to be measured separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Bus bar chamber box in sheet metal enclosure of 100 Amps capacity, 4 way, 415 V complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Havells Cat Part No IHBC010004 or equivalent make and model.

M & L for Earthing in replacement / renewal complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth continuity coductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I 2009, connected to main switch board all as specified. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
