Repairing and Maintenance of Drivers Quarter No. 06-FKT in Falakata SF Range

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Labour for taking out door window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame and refixing the same including mending good all damas complete (Concrete and brick work for mending will be paid separately) (a) upto area 2.5 sq.m

Repairing cracks in wall by cement grouting (1:2) including widening the cracks on the surface (into V section) cleaning packing the same with cement morter and finishing off to match with adjacent surface

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals). With Sal (local)

Z-batten shutters of door and window as per design havings tongued and groove- half lap jointed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixing shutter in position, but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings in ground floor.

10 mm thick plaster to wall, Ceiling with (1:4) morter

20 mm thick plaster to wall, Ceiling with (1:6) morter

Artificial stone in floor dado staircase etc. 35mm thick (1:2:4), with stone chips laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners, raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works etc (iii) 35 mm thick)

Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc.and stacking the material at site as directed.

Replacing wooden beam or R.S. joist by R.S. joist or by another wooden beam joist and fixed complete, including hire and labour charges for necessary sal bullah props, necessary packing between beams and burgahs but excluding the cost of joist or wooden beam and concrete/ Brick works etc needed for mending damages.(i) Height not exceeding 5m (a) Clear span not exceeding 3.7m.

Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor)(i) In Roof:-a) With 0.60 mm thick sheet

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolts, screws, washers etc complete.(225mm end lapping) (A) 300 mm lapping each way (a) With 0.60 mm sheet

Ceiling with 12mm thick wooden planks fitted and fixed complete (excluding the supporting framework) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. In Ground Floor

Colour washing with "ELLA" with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothering of surface thoroughly (i) internal (all floor) (b) two coats

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor)[This item to be done under specific instruction of the Superintending Engineer] a. One Coat i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scrapping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification (iii) two coats

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothering surface by sand papering etc. bound primer etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand etc. (b) On Steel or other metal Surface. (iv) Two Coats (With any shade except white)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core standed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) or the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required

Supplying and fixing 240V, 16 A , 3 pin moduler type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC) with 16 A moduler type switch without plug top on 4 module GI moduler switch type switch baord with top cover plate flushed in wall incl S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying and fixing 240V, 10 A ,two way moduler type switch (approved make) on existing GI moduler switch type switch baord with top cover plate and making necy. connections as required .
