Charges for cleaning & inspection of mills, Mill floor, Feeder floor, Feeders, Seal air system, Lub oil system, Hydraulic system, Coal pipes, Bends, Gates, Dampers, arresting of coal powder leakages, Fire quenching if necessary and attending minor break down works in all the above systems, Removal of coal choke in feeder & Centre feed pipe, Opening the manual doors of mill, Under bowl and inspection / Feeder doors opening and removal of foreign materials, Coal accumulation as and when required, N2 gas checkup & fill up including the cost of personnel protective equipments (Face mask, Safety shoes, Ear plug & Hand gloves etc…) and consumables such as cotton waste, Sodium silicate broom stick, diesel, T&P’s, lead, lift etc…
Charges for replacement / reconditioning of worn out / damaged scrapper assembly including cost of consumables such as cutting gas, welding electrodes, lead, lift etc.
Charges for repairing / replacement of damaged valves / worn-out valves/ gaskets etc in steam line, cooling water line, air line, oil line including cost of consumables, lead, lift etc.
Charges for cleaning of seal air fan filter / Lub oil filter / Hydraulic pressure unit filters / hydraulic pressure unit SOV’s including the cost of consumables, lead, lift etc.
Charges for replacement of damaged / worn-out Feeder belt/ coal pipe gates including cost of consumables, lead, lift etc.
Charges for attending of minor repair works in MDVs / Reject system gates / Hot & cold PA gates / Hot & cold PA dampers / Seal air system gates & Dampers including cost of consumables, lead, lift etc.,
Charges for removing the coal chock in bunker, including cost of consumables lead lift etc.
Charges for packer plates adjustment as and when required including cost of consumables, cutting gas welding electrodes, lead, lift etc. / mill.
Charges for patch welding of puncture in coal pipe / bend / mill outlet / fuel inlet elbow / transition piece of Coal pipe / special bend, inner cone, under bowl, M.S. liner, bowl hub cover plate and airport ring assembly by suitably cutting the old coal pipe/Plate to the required size, welding on the punctured location.
Charges for opening of hot PA duct man hole door & hot air duct dummy plate inserting cover, leading, lifting & inserting of 1600 mm x 1800 mm x 8 mm tk. M.S. dummy Plate into top of hot PA duct for arresting of hot air passing from the main duct and finally removing the already inserted dummy plate, closing the dummy plate inserting door cover and hot PA duct man hole door after completion of work etc…
