Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work except Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick internal wall surfaces on fair faces of brick work or concrete in CM 1:6 as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC 2% by wt of cement. Note:-WPC measured and paid separatly

M & L for repair & rehabilitation of existing old damaged concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling of any description as follows :- (i) Chipped off the old damaged surfaces of structural member of wall/ceiling/columns /beams and remove the rust by passivating rust remover (Sika Rust off-100) and applying one coat of anti corrossive treatment by Zinc rich primer (Friazinc-R) (ii) application of two coat of Sika slurry coating/Bond coat on surfaces with mixer of Sika Latex power : Water : cement in the ratio of 1:4:8 as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Repair the surfaces by Polymer mortar in ratio of Cement and Sand 1:4 and mixer of Sika latex power diluted in water with ratio of Sika latex power : water is 1:6 complete as per manufacturer instruction and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : (i) Work will be carried out in patches. Make : Sika or equivalent

M & L for application of epoxy bonding primer for old to new concrete bonding (Sikadur-32 LP) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika or equivalent

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for applying 0.25mm thick wall care putty incl preparation of newly plastered wall/ceiling surfaces

M & L for applying a thin layer of 1.00mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on wall surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer incl preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate), 25 mm thick in flooring etc complete all specified and as directed

S & F chicken wire mesh made out of low carbon wire 0.30mm thick, annealed, mesh size (dist between the faces of hexagon) 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20 mm thick in working platform and like including cutting for sink etc. in cement mortar (1:4) including rounding of edges and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl dismantling of existing granite complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for dismantling floor tiles 10 mm size hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding without breaking the tile and removing mortar (but not backing) and refixing in same or other place as per requirement over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1 : 6.

M&L for cleaning and racking out the joint filling of floor or wall tiles and refilling the same with white or coloured cement to match the colour.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4.including taking down existing tiles.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 incl taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 including taking down existing tiles complete.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing for tiles incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring/wall tiles)

M & L Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing including dismantling of existing kota stone complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

S & F of Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel painting on steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces.

S&F in repairs of 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make Everest/Armstrong
