Firsrt clas brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for prpper completion of the work. As per S.I.-305

12mm thick plaster on brick work min. thickness not less than 10mm with cement and fine snd of 1.25 fineness modules mortar 1:4

C.C Work cement approved cource sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proporation 1:1.5:3 in for edingwork t&p etc all (ssi no. 279 (b) chapt no. 5 page no. 25)
