Dismantling and removing 2.5cm grading concrete from roof slab including stacking the useful materials for reuse and lowering and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S Flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of 80 cm thick CC interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, variety, colour & size made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape laid in required colour pattern over a prepared bed, filling the joints with sand agreegates as per relevant clauses of Section 1200 of MoRTH Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & MORTH SD/ 202 including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Tecnical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.(including cost of reinforcement & labour charges for cutting, bending, binding reinforcement etc. complete.)

Finishing plastered surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved make on outside plaster / concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P,Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Ground Floor)

Suppling, fitting, fixing Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA Ltd ) casement door-60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx55mmxx2.5mm for outer frame, 102mmx60mmx2.25mm for casement door sash profile & 74mmx60mmx2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50micron of minimum thickness of 2mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resististant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 01 no per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fastener, silicon rubber sealant easy glazing/deglazing at site including cost & conveyance of materials, labour charges, accessories & product confirming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-477-95 & other applicable codes & standards etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting,fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl Choloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) three Track - Three panel sliding window - 60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45 mm x 2.5mm for outer frames and window Sash of 39 mm x 58 mm x 2.5 mm capable of mounting single glazing system,structurally reinforced with hot dip galavanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughned glass of SAINT-GOBIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to installed using Reinforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners,silicon rubber sealant ,easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials,accessories,labour charges,materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 ,EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.
