High sensitivity trace level detection and quantification of Pesticide residues in agriculture based commodities and products of allied sectors as per National/International requirements.
Mass Spectrometer System coupled with Liquid Chromatography must be quoted with all the required accessories & parts capable of meeting the above listed applications. The system must meet the following specifications:

· Quantification software for batch process must confirm the analytes as per regulatory requirements in food sample analysis as per the applications specified.
· Workstation must be able to control the MS, acquire, store, process and reproduce the data by the same computer.
Tuning and calibration The system should be equipped with automatic tuning and calibration.
Communication Hardware: Branded Computer System with i5/ Xenon or better processor, 16 GB RAM or better and 2TB HDD or better, 22-23” Full HD Monitor with licensed windows compatible with equipment Software, MS office Latest standard version and Antivirus for 3 year. Method Validation 1. Method validation of Pesticide Residues in Agri-food commodity in mutually agreed matrix as per FSSR/EU regulations including following anionic polar pesticides:
Glyphosate, Glufosinate, AMPA, Ethephon, FosetylAl, Phosphonic acids, chlorate & Perchlorate.
The method should be with direct injection based without derivatization at default MRL’s in single run (documentary evidence to be submitted).
1. Manpower (operator): The supplier of the equipment shall depute Scientific/Technical staff after installation (Minimum Science Post-Graduate with 6 months experience on the similar equipment) for one (01) year to make the system operational and carry out validations.
2. The consumables (chemicals, plastic/glassware, reference material-NIST/ISO-17034, etc.) required for method validation shall be in the scope of supplier/vendor and shall be supplied before the commencement of method validation, keeping in view their expiry period
3. The method validation activity shall have to be completed on the system installed at PRTL, Jalandhar within six (06) months of successful installation & commissioning of instrument, failing which LD/Penalty clause of Tender Document will be applicable
Pre Installation Provide PIR of the system as per the form at given at Annexure J of tender document.

6. Financial Comparison shall be carried out based upon the FOR value of the equipment including the cost of Extended Warranty for six (06) years after expiry of Standard Warranty and optional items & other obligations.
