M&L for cleaning of following RCC tank/masonary sumps/water reservoirs, through 7 stages of cleaning and sterilization consisting of three stages of bacteriological screening done by Terbac-G5, Terbac-G65 and Ultra Violet ray process complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Notes for cleaning stages:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization.

(e ) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh Stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC- G65.Test certificate of Terbac- G65 From Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization.

P & S / PVC overhead tank of 1200 gallons capacity. (Note for Item No.1.02 to 1.10 : Cleaning shall be done at-least three times at an interval of three months or at an early period if directed by Engineer-in-Charge)

Underground SWT (Fire fighting sump) of 50000 Gallon capacity (Note : Cleaning shall be done only one time) (Note for item Nos. 1.02 to 1.11 : (a) Entire T&P should be arranged by the Contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (b) Company will submit Govt laboratary test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the complition of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insuarance coverage.

M&L for arresting leakages in semi underground sump with the following step :- (i) Excavation around the sump and identify the leakages/ seepage portion of the Semi underground sump and cutting the construction joint in "V" shaped grooves. (ii) Drilling hole in the Honey Comb portion. (iii) Patching the entire V shaped grooves with cement, admix and quick setting compound. (iv) Next step is grouting to be done with intraplast EP - a free flowing grout mix (During all threse operation tank must be fill with water. (v) Fixing of PVC nozzle for grouting with quick setting compound admix with cement, Inject the cement mixture with intraplast EP throught the nozzle by high pressure inject pump. Note : Only excavation, returning filling and removing of surplus soil shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ. During excavation any damages occur to existing infrastructure (i.e pipe , wall etc) is to be repaired/ replaced by the contractor by his own cost.

M & L for water proofing coating to be made in two coats epoxy coating in the inner wall of the tank (Potable water grade) completed all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of existing unserviceable ladder at OHT and underground sump as per existing specification with corss-arms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, water, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint after one coat of aluminiium primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing landscape light fittings any wattage or type from post top and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of LED landscape light fittings (post top) of 25 Watts rating, outdoor type Intregral pole mounted decorative LED post top with spherical shaped polycarbonate diffuser, IP-65 protection complete all as specified & directed. {Model/Make:-GLOBE Series Cat Part No. BLPTSP 25W NW LED of make Bajaj or equivalent model of list of makes as per Particular specification).

M& L for cleaning of pump house vegetation / wild plant and grass (Approx Area 100 x 50 Mts), scrapping and removing of algae from stairs, drains, chemical doser room tanks , aeration area and roofs of pump room/ filter room, cleaning thoroughly filter bed walls by scrubbing them using bleach and washing it as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of old existing filter media(sand and gravel) from filtration plant, filter bed of 98000 LPH capacity and throughly cleaning washing the filter bed inner surface and steel pipe line (lateral and header pipes) by removing all dust particles by means of soda, bleaching powder, etc by using steel wire brushes or steel scrapers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacing following filter media spreading in layers size wise with filter media as per sample approved by GE complete all as directed:-

Sand filter media of particle size 0.45mm to 0.70mm

Gravel filter media of particle size 3mm to 6mm

Gravel filter media of particle size 6mm to 15mm

Gravel filter media of particle size 15mm to 25mm

Gravel filter media of particle size 25 mm to 40mm

Gravel filter media of particle size 40mm to 50mm

M & L for preparation of old or previously treated internal and external steel/iron surfaces of over head pressed steel tanks and all steel surfaces of staging and applying one coat of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint complete including writing of capacity, tank cleaned date etc with white paint of letter size 15 cm on 60 cm x 90 cm size black paint background complete all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
