REPAIR/ MAINTANCE OF VARIOUS WATTAGE OF STREET LIGHT, FLOOD LIGHT, HIGH MAST LIGHTS WITH CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE SAUGOR

Taking down existing non functional fluorescent tube light/HPSV/MH/HPMV/LED street light/ flood light from electric pole/wall, any type/ wattage for repair including disconnection electric connections and dismantling light fittings/ any other part (if required) and replacement of unserviceable spares/ accessories like ballast, starters, ignitors, lamps, etc including cleaning, erecting, re-positioning and reconnecting electric connections after complete repair/ making functional and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Replacement and fixing of unserviceable component etc required will be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Fitting shall be connected with existing electric wire / cable. In case existing wire / cable found unserviceable and ordered to replace with new wire/cable, the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item(s) . (iii) Any type of Ladder or any other arrangement and T&P required for dismantling of light from pole/hanger/high mast pole shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

Bringing down existing non functional high mast/ semi high mast pole light assembly any type/ wattage for repair, taking out and dismantling light fittings/ any other part (if required) and replacement of unserviceable spares/ accessories like ballast, starters, ignitors, lamps, service connection etc including cleaning & greasing of SWR rope & erecting/ re-positioning the assembly after complete repair, making functional and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Replacement and fixing of unserviceable component etc required will be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Fitting shall be connected with existing electric wire / cable. In case existing wire / cable found unserviceable and ordered to replace with new wire/cable, the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item(s) . (iii) Any type of Ladder or any other arrangement and T&P required for dismantling of light from pole/hanger/high mast pole shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

M&L for mild steel work as in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 and fixed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for supply and fix in replacement 40 mm bore or next suitable size for LED fittings light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.
