Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mtr outside the periphery of the area including cost of all labour, T&P articles required for the work complete as per specification and direction by the Engineer-in-Charge. (By manual means).

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials wthin all lifts and leads upto 1000m including cost conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling width three wheel static road Roller of 8-10 Ton capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of sceening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road & Bridges works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Gr-III metalling with stone Screend dust)

Scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size crusher broken hard granite material and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips as key stone for 10sqm, spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of VG-30 Grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm area on the prepared bituminous/granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD & MoSRT&H for road & bridge works including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II (i.e.10mm nominal size) premixed with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clauses 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & Bridges work including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift incluiding rough dressing and breaking clods to maxmimum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royality with DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
