Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
List of Financial Resources with Certificates
The intending tenderer should submit work done certificate for the following nature of work executed in last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), the following Prime quantities executed in any last five years: (usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction)
Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key & critical equipment for this work & the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreement etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished
Mandating satisfactorily completed (at least 80% of the contract value) as a prime contractor in similar nature of single work value not less than 50% (Rs.75.00 lakhs) of the tender value. Similar nature of work means the contractor should have completed (at least 50% of the contract value). The intending bidder should submit completion certificate / work done certificate along with the contract certificate copies related to the work certified by the Engineer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer. (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited) (Work Done Certificate Along with Indent Number)
Achieved a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.300.00 Lakhs in at least two financial years. The tenderer should submit VAT/GST certificates to confirm the Annual turnover. The certificate should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountant in the turnover format. (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.45.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)
