Taking down cement plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish outside MoD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces complete as specified in SSR pat -I clause 14.22 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces / rough cast plaster of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint by mechanical means over a coat of primer including 1 mm of cement base wall care putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint by mechanical means over a coat of primer including 1 mm of thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint by mechanical means over a coat of primer including 1 mm of thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered wall surfaces and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint by mechanical means over including 1 mm of cement base wall care putty complete upto two/three storey building including scaffloding arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including 1 mm of wall care putty by mechanical means on plaster surface/concrete surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
