REPLACEMENT OF MCCBs, MCBs, DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, MAIN SWITCH BOARDS, EARTHING AND CERTAIN OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER GE BELGAUM

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for cable/ pipe trenches, etc. all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up/ down existing serviceable XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cables of any description and size after disconnecting the connections and relaying the same in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed to wall after making LT cable straight through joints, connecting up, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: LT cable jointing kit, excavation, earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for double wall corrugated HDPE pipes, conforming to IS 14930-2001, ISI marked, 110mm outer dia, as in cable protection, fixed to poles/ walls with necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers or laid in trenches/ under roads/ crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size, fixed in repairs, including painting two coats with aluminium paint over one coat of primer all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for straight through cable jointing kit, heat shrinkable type, with all jointing materials, suitable for XLPE insulated LT UG cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 to 300 sqmm x 3.5 core, fixed in repairs, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
