REPAIR TO ROOF, CEILING, FLOORING, PLINTH PROTECTION, TILES WORK, BRICK WORK, PLASTERING WORK PLUMBING AND SANITARY FITTINGS C1 AND C1A AREA UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Demolition of existing roof treatment including PCC/ brick tiles, mud phaska, PCC padding ,plastering and APP membrane complete treatment of any thickness and in any position and removing the all demolished material out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm grd stone agg) in floors/padding finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less then 3.5 kg / Sqm, reinforeced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 15 gm/sqm) . It shall be laid by torch application. Side overlaps shall be 75 mm and the ends shall be 100 mm and all overlaps and jointed shall also be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet in a grooves.The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer including cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; cut and polished over and including 15 mm screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 set jointed and pointed with premium cementious grout of JK or its equivalant complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall etc incl racking out joints & hacking out for key and scrubbing down with water all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, using 200 ml water proofing liquid per bag of 50 Kgs cement (but excluding the cost of water proofing liquid).

Supply only water proofing liquid Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 over 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 dubbing coat on ceiling surfaces of concrete finishing the surface even & smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
