Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old CI / GI Pipe from trenches of 800mm dia including fittings and branch connections if any complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thrmal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene fittings compete laid in trenches of size of outer dia 90mm pipe all as specified .

Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves(Brass insert) as per requirement of site for pipe 50mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves(Brass insert) as per requirement of site for pipe 63mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves(Brass insert) as per requirement of site for pipe 90mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of CI Non Return valve conforming to IS-5312 Part - I PN 1.6 having flanged end joints suitable size of 80 mm dia including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers,02Nos addl GI valve flanges to fix in PP-R pipes and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of GI/PP-R pipes line including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1 :3: 6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate using as thrust block for pipe lines etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 600x600x600mm(internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 150mm thick brick masonary built in CM 1:6 , PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil including provision of MS sheet cover with 3 mm thick MS sheet and alround 25x25mmx5mm angle Iron with locking arrangement embedded in PCC coping and painting with two coats of syenthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc.complet all as specified .

Supply and fixing in replacement rotational moulded Polyethylene triple layer water storage tanks of 10000 Ltr capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with closed Top ) hoisted and fixed in position to RCC pillar platform all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of existing PVC pipes of sizes into UPVC pipes of existing dia of RO Plant located at Camp near chauhan Mess for the following : (a) Replacement of PVC pipe line of 63 mm dia into UPVC Pipe (16 bar pressure of 4.7mm thick) of 63mm dia from raw water storage tank to suction monoblock pump sets ( 1+I )of 5 hp. (b) Replacement of PVC pipe line of 63 /50/40 /32 mm pipe into UPVC Pipe for exising sizes from suction pump set of delivery line to filtration plants (filtration system & activated carbon system) of in let & outlet line. (c) Replacement of PVC Pipe line for 50mm dia of waste water line from filtration plant to disposal chamber. (d) Replacement of PVC Pipe line for 63/50mm dia of filtered water pipe line from membrane chamber to Filtered water Storage water tank . (e) Replacement of PVC Pipe line for 63 mm dia of filtered water storage tank line to discharge mono block (7.5 hp) pump set . Note : Necessary connection to dosing pump sets (4 nos ), pressure gauges, cleaning tank ,measuring gauges are disconnected from PVC pipe line deemed to be fixed on UPVC pipe line is the responsiblity of contractor and the rate quoted inclusive of all as specified .

Repairing for Water Pressure vertical mounted pump set by replacing of the relevant spares taken and including packing, refixing and testing of motor of capacity 10 HP complete etc., all as specified and as directed. Note: Spare parts/ accessories like Impeller (s/s),mechanical seal ,O ring ,& Head spring etc., shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. Supply only the following spares suitable for 10 HP capacity centrifugal pump set :- (a) Re-winding motor stator with new copper wire of appropriate size of class-F insulation and including removing old burnt copper wire

(b) Supply Only S/S Impeller (18 staging ) Complete with shaft (kit chamber stack) for 10 HP centrifugal pump set . Make: Grundfos

(c) Supply only Mechanical seal suitable for 10 HP centrifugal pump set

(d) Supply only O ring suitable for 10 HP centrifugal pump set

(e) Supply only Head spring suitable for 10 HP centrifugal pumpset
